Each group will have development goals aligned with the organisational strategy. Where appropriate we use methods such as EQi (Emotional Intelligence) Profiling to accelerate the journey. All of this will underpin a culture of Learning aligned to Performance.

With a proven track record of helping organisations achieve consistent sustained results and transforming organisations, Ian has used his expertise in change management and coaching to enable shortening the change management curve and deliver increased value in the short, medium and long-term.

An ILM Level 7 Executive Coach & Mentor, an NLP Practitioner, and an EQi (Emotional Intelligence) Profiler, all adding to Ian’s deep pedigree in Organisational Excellence, delivering significant results for Shareholders, Customers and Employees.

With a successful 25  year experienced achieved by working for Industrial, Automotive, Electronics, Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing Fortune 500 companies. 

Enabler of the transformation process, Blanca's style serves as a bridge builder between and across all levels of the organisation creating incredible sinergy with teams in order to achieve goals.
